A peek into the world of the Bell family.
We have started to put more pictures of our wedding up today. These pictures have been taken by our attendants and guests and put a sligtly different slant on the day. Its actually quite interesting to see what different people think is worthy of photographing.
At the moment we have just uploaded all of the pictures. We will go through them as time permits and cull out the really bad ones.
Over the weekend Cody went for his first hair cut! Di and Jason took him to a kids haricutting place, and apparently he didn't want to leave. From what Di tells us there is a TV in front of every chair which he coudln't stop watching - Sesame St. was on! According to the email he sat nice and still (i didn't think young boys did that) and she did a great job. There are a couple of photos here.
Last night was our mid year presentation & masquerade ball. We were presented with out Bronze One certificate and danced a rumba for celebration. Other than that, it was a great social evening, lots of dancing and getting to know people outside of the studio environment. Have to wait for Christmas for the next one where we will hopefully be presented with our Bronze Two. We took a couple of photos of the night which can be seen here. Stinkas and I were looking forward to this weekend. A friday dress up party at the dance studio, nothing but a dance lesson for Saturday and for Mel a baby shower on Sunday while I took the expectant father to a building show to look at "big boys toys". Isn't it amazing how quickly a slack weekend can become filled.

A couple of weekends ago (see...i'm getting better) our friend Effie turned 20 again. She had a bit of a bash at the local primary school hall and a huge crowd turned out to celebrate. Her husband Peter and his band Classic Covers played and I have to say they were awsesome. Lots of dancing, drinking and enough food to feed a small town made for a great night. It has only taken two months and four days, but I have now got some wedding photos up for your viewing pleasure. Just visit the photo gallery to have a look. I have received about six cd's of photos from guests so far, and apparently there are still a few more to come. Mel & I will sit down over the next few weekends and search through these discs and put up some more photos as soon as we get a chance. Well...I know this is a bit late but our nephew Cody has finally turned one! It all happened back in April, but I never had any special photos to put up so I didn't do anything about it until now.
As usual, Di took Cody to Sears for some snapshots and they stick them up on the web for everybody to look at and purchase (I hope they don't mind my stealing these couple of thumbnails to show). This is a really good example of what NOT to do to an LCD screen. Not really sure how it happened, but it was working fine when I left work on Thursday evening, and was stuffed when I opened it up that evening to get numbers for people in Sydney. Quite a pain in the butt really...but hopefully will get it sorted out soon.
